Our new offer is for a single storied house, situated 35 km away from the town of Plovdiv. The city is located in the central part of the Upper Thracian Plain on the two banks of the Maritsa River. It is often referred as the city of the seven hills, because of its situation. During its long history Plovdiv was given a various names, such as Trimontsium, Philipopolis, Filibe, etc.

The property we present to you consists of one storied house with total living area 75 sq. m, a barn and a garden vast 600 sq. m.
