Our new offer is for a nice house with a sunny garden. It is situated in a village set 55 km. away from the town of Plovdiv and only 7 km. away from another smaller town called Chirpan! The property briefly consists of a 2-storey house that offers total living area of 90 sq.m. and a garden that spreads over the area of 760 sq.m. with one outbuilding and a sheltered place in it.
Ground floor: Here you will find a corridor, a closet and one room. The floor is partly covered with cement, the walls are built of red and sun-dried bricks and the windows are with wooden framings. The staircase that connects the ground floor with the upper one is internal.
First floor: Another corridor connects two bright rooms and a closet. The floor is wooden, the walls are red and sun dried bricks built and the windows have their frames made of wood.
Additionally there is a summer kitchen which comprises of one room.
The property is fully supplied with electricity, water (out of the house and in the summer kitchen) and a septic tank. The house is stable but it needs certain repairs like: refreshing and modernizing the interior as well as making of an internal bathroom/WC are recommendable in order the house to become completely comfortable for living.
The garden is not very well maintained for the moment. It is planted with fruit trees so you can enjoy the lovely juicy Bulgarian fruits during the summer.
In the village you can find the following facilities: four shops, four cafes, a school and regular bus transport to the towns in the vicinity. The surrounding area is suitable for fishing, hiking and hunting.
