This house is situated in a pretty village in the marvelous Sliven area, 22 km away from the picturesque town of Sliven and 18 km from the small, pretty town of Nova Zagora. The closest airport is only 120 km far from the village and it is in the big town of Bourgas. The house is one- storey, situated in the outskirts of a quiet and neat village and from there is revealed a picturesque view towards the big and gorgeous “Stara Planina” mountain.
It offers accommodation of 75 sq.m living area distributed in the following manner:
On the ground floor is situated a small basement with 25 sq.m. area.
External staircase leads to the first floor where is located a corridor, a kitchen, two bedrooms and a small terrace.
The house is solid built and is presented in good condition but it needs some refreshment, plastering of the walls, and modernizing. The toilet is outside, so one of the things which you have to do is to make internal toilet and bathroom. Our local builders will fully assist with all the work that has to be done. It is supplied with electricity, running water is available outside the property.
The house overlooks a beautiful yard of 1000 sq.m with fruit trees and bushes. There you can plant vegetables or make a lovely flower garden. There is a parking lot available in the garden so you don’t have to worry about your car.
The village is situated minutes away from the main road connecting Bourgas and Sofia. It is not very big, but nice and friendly and offers some local shops, cafes, restaurant, etc. Regular bus service to the nearest towns and villages is also available. The region is good for rural tourism, hunting and fishing.
