This residential development is located in the outskirts of Gorica - a small peaceful village on the Black Sea coast, situated 45km /28miles/ South of Varna on the main road connecting Varna and Bourgas. It is also 55 km from the International airport of Varna and 50 km from Bourgas airport. Gorica villages is a beautiful combination of forest and sea view. Reservation & Agency Commission
You could reserve a house in Sunrise Garden Complex immediately by providing a non-refundable deposit of 2000 EUR, payable by credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or bank transfer to the bank account of the developer. Upon paying the deposit the house will be reserved for the period of 14 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the preliminary contract and to pay the next installment according to the payment plan.

Bulgarian Properties charges no agency commission for Sunrise Garden development.

The houses come with percentage of the land they are built on. Thus the clients will need to set up a Bulgarian Ltd. company. This company will buy the property and will own the land. You will be the owner of the company and, respectively, of the land. Our lawyers will help you set up the company and will do all the necessary procedures to obtain the property on your behalf. Payment plan
• 2000 EUR non-refundable deposit upon reserving the house
• 10% of the price when signing the preliminary contract (the 2000 EUR deposit will be deducted from this installment amount at that time)
• 40% of the price within two weeks after signing of the preliminary contract
• 40% of the price upon completion of the inside finishing works
• 10% of the price upon full completion and receiving of Notary Assignment 16 (approximately end of August 2008)

PRICE, AVAILABILITY AND FLOOR PLANS
All prices iclude VAТ. The total price paid will be fully indicated on your title deeds. Additional costs, notary fees, local tax and stamp duty are approximately 5% on top of the purchase price and there are no other hidden costs.
