Important transport and communications routes pass through the territory of the municipality or in its vicinity. The property is also at the distance of only 12 km away from another well developed city- the town of Radnevo.

The property consists of a two storied house with the total living area of 132 sq. m., a parking lot for 3-4 vehicles, two outbuildings and a large garden which spreads over the area of 1295 sq. m.

Structurally the house is in basic condition- the foundations are made of stone which is the strongest and the best material. The walls and the ceilings need to be refreshed. The house needs modernizing too. Of course, some inner transformations are possible according to the client’s taste. The property is supplied with running water and electricity and only the WC is connected to a septic tank. The WC and the bathroom are outside the house.
