This is a wonderful 3 story house in small mountain village, close to our famous ski resort of Bansko. The ski resort of Bansko is only 27 km away. All around is mountain and forest. It is perfect place for holiday, for resting,walks, etc. Recently built, the house is ready for living.
In the first floor there is a authentic room called "Mehana" with fireplace , living-room, kitchen, bathroom and toilet.
Solid staircase leads to the second floor, which comprises of 3 rooms and vast veranda.
The property is supplied with electricity, running water and septic tank. There is a garage too.
The village is really popular location in Bulgaria, and lot of wealthy local people own properties here,even now the interest is really big.It's really calm mountain place and not far from Bansko.
In the garden /with about 1300 sq.m. area./ there are some fruit trees. Just on the left sight of the house, keeping its entrance, grow two pine trees.
