Renovation project?

An appealing house with lovely architecture needs someone with a vision to take it on. This dilapidated property is set in an idyllic location on the outskirts of a village, some 10-12 km from the border town of Vidin and comes with outbuildings and a garden of 1000 sq.m, but it certainly needs some work to bring it back to life. The property comprises of a single floor with 120 sq.m of living area and eastern disposition of the rooms. Through a small veranda you reach the entrance hall, the kitchen with the dining area and a lovely living room; there are also three sizeable bedrooms, all with wooden floors. In addition, there is a small bedroom on the attic floor which comes with a romantic balcony and is accessed through a wooden inner staircase. A basement of 40 sq.m is located on the underground floor and offers 40 sq.m of storage area.
The renovation needed includes overall plastering, construction of an inner bathroom/wc and modernization of the rooms. Running water and electricity are available.
Heading outside, there’s a flower bed to the front and an overgrown garden area comprising of apple trees, hazelnut and walnut trees. Outside, only clucking chickens and buzzing bees disturb the silence, which turns the place into a desired rural retreat.
The village is rather small with approx. 600 residents, several food shops and a church. There is a regular bus service to the nearby town.
