Sunny and bright rural home with spacious garden - you will immediately like the place. The village is located 43 km away from the town of Stara Zagora. It is an old city, situated at the foot of the Sredna Gora Mountain. The Stara Zagora Regional Economic Development Agency says Stara Zagora is a "city of straight streets, linden trees and poets". It is located in South Bulgaria, in the Upper Thracian Valley, at the crossroads of the routes from Plovdiv to the Black Sea and from the Danube to the Aegean. One of the most famous winter ski resorts- Pamporovo stays at the distance of 168 km.

The property in short consists of one storied house with an attic floor and it has the total living area of 50 sq. m, a living room - 20 sq. m, a garage for one car, a shelter, a store, a hen – house and a garden vast 2640 sq. m.

Ground floor: Here you can find a glazed veranda, an entrance, two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchenette and a bathroom. The walls here are made of bricks, the flooring is cement, and the frames of the windows are wooden.
The attic floor: An external staircase leads to it. The stairs are made of metal. The floor can be transformed as a bedroom, because the height is enough. There is a specious terrace here. The walls are made of bricks, again, the flooring is concrete and the frames of the windows are wooden.

The garden is large and nice. Now it is planted with fruit trees, trellis vine and beautiful flowers. There is also a well on its area, which helps for the watering.

The property is in good condition. It needs refreshment of the plasters and the woodworks. The shelter and the store can be transformed into a living area. The bathroom needs to be renovated, as well as the kitchenette. There are slight cracks of the plastering on the facade of the house. Some other transformations are possible according to the client’s taste. The house is supplied with electricity and running water (inside and outside the dwelling). There is a telephone landline available at the moment. The bathroom is inside the house, but the toilet is external. The road to the property is a gravel one, there is an asphalt one 50 m away from the house.

The village itself is very nice and friendly. It offers a shop, a policeman and regular bus transport to the other villages and towns of the vicinity. The surrounding area is appropriate for rural tourism. The beautiful nature and the silence around are suitable for holiday retreat.
