This hotel is in a central location half way between the lift and the centre of Bansko’s old town on a quiet residential street.
There are 14 rooms spread over 3 floors( a total of 920 m2) 6 luxury rooms with balconies sitting rooms and mini bars, 2 doubles with balconies and some of the best views in Bansko, 1 triple and 5 twins All the rooms have en suite bathrooms and have been furnished with some of the best Bulgarian furniture the sheets and bed covers are from Belgium. Reception has a lively lobby bar and restaurant. Downstairs is a sauna Jacuzzi, sauna, massage room and ski locker. There is a small garden behind the hotel.
Behind the scenes there is a laundry, office and store rooms. The hotel is fully insulated and heated by fuel oil. The hot water is heated by solar panels electricity and fuel oil to guarantee unlimited hot water. The property has parking for 8 cars and the hotel minibus.
The hotel is being sold as a going concern it ran at a 83% occupancy this winter and have bookings for most of the peak periods next year, it run on a 7 month peak season, 4 months in the winter and 3 months in the summer for the rest of the year it had a steady flow of guests but mostly on the weekends.
