The hotel is located in the popular summer resort Lozenets. It is newly-opened and it has been operating since the summer season 2012. It consists of:
A basement, where a large kitchen is set, built and fully equipped according to all of the requirements of the Sanitary and Epidemiological Inspection, with warehouses of about 40 sq.m. and two kitchen elevators for the upper level, two rest rooms and two rooms for the staff with bathrooms, a boiler room with 4 boilers of 1000 liters and two internal trade rooms - one for the restaurant with about 40 seats and the second for the cocktail-bar with 40 places. There is a built and equipped wet bar with a small warehouse. From the halls there is an exit to the garden, set under the hotel, with an area of about 350 sq.m. Part of the garden is an outside restaurant area with up to 50 seats. At its bottom part is constructed a parking lot for 10 cars. Additionally, there is a terrace with a cocktail-bar on the road to the beach (35 seats). There is a fence of wrought iron with gates. Two hotel floors, the first of which has 9 double rooms and one studio as well as a large terrace above both of the streets. The second floor comes with 5 double rooms and 3 suites.

The attic floor has 5 double rooms, 2 studios and 1 apartment.

Panoramic VIP apartment with great views of the sea and the whole resort, as well as a large terrace. On the street to the beach you can find a well-developed and equipped grocery shop. Nearby there is a snack bar, equipped and offering snacks, pizzas, burgers, doner, hot dogs and more.

The hotel has a total of 29 rooms, including 8 apartments. Each room has a balcony overlooking the sea and it is equipped and furnished with a refrigerator, TV and a bathroom. Three of the bathrooms have a bathtub. There is ventilation in the kitchen, the basement and the premises for the staff and solar installation on the roof. The maximum capacity of the hotel is 75 to 80 people.

During the summer season 2012 until September, the hotel was 100% occupied. A great advantage for the next tourist season is the fact this business is sold with a popular web site, especially among the Russian tourists.

There is an undeveloped plot of land nearby. It can be purchased for increasing the size of the offered property.
