The complex consists of two buildings, between which there is an outdoor pool, children’s playgrounds and an outside bar. In one of the buildings there are shops, a bank, offices, apartments. This part of the project has already been built. The second part of the project, which is a subject of this offer, has a plot with an area of 4,000 sq.m. with an approved project for construction of a hotel complex.

Teteven Municipality is situated in Lovech region, 120 km away from Sofia (about 1 hour by the Hemus highway). The population of the municipality is 25 thousand people and in Teteven live about 12 thousand people. The territory of the municipality is situated in a beautiful valley of the river of Vit. Altitude ranges from 340 to 2,100 meters and in Teteven is 415 m. It is surrounded by mountain peaks - Treskavets, Ostrich, Cherven, Kon, Haydushka polyana, Petrahilya. Teteven is one of the most picturesque Bulgarian towns.
