Small hotel

Small family hotel located in a picturesque, cozy village 12 km. from Elena and 25 km. from Veliko Tarnovo.
The hotel has 23 beds in 8 rooms, each with private bathroom, cable TV and air conditioning. All the glasses and doors are with PVC-five chambers. An insulation has been put on all exterior walls.
The complex was built and put into operation in 2007. It consists of two - storey residential building with total built area of 267 sq.m. and one storey building with total area of 151 sq.m. connected to a shelter and a barbecue with a built area of 50 sq. m. The total area of the plot is 3000 sq. m. Both buildings are heated with separate local heating by solid fuel - fireplaces with water jackets. The complex is supplied with three phase electric power and secure its own energy by extra generator. The water is carried out by the water supply network of the settlement, secured by an independent source hydrophore. The drainage of the complex is by local purifying point ISO certified. There is a small swimming pool, fully covering the needs of the guests. In the yard you will find also a parking for cars with flooring of perforated concrete blocks with a size of 200 sq.m. Fences are made from solid cut stone. The access to the hotel is by permanent asphalt pavement which makes it easily reachable all year round.. The architecture is designed in typical Elena Revival style.
From the summer heat will save you the outside pool, cool days and beautiful veranda with marvelous view to the Balkan Mountains. Winter nights will be unforgettable near the fire of the cozy fireplace. The bar has 24 seats and the barbecue is with 36 seats. There is fishing in the Yovkovtsi reservoir.
