Factory for production of biodiesel.

The total plot area is with size of 5150 sq. m. The area of the existing buildings is 538 sq. m. with the option to build up to 3000 sq. m. The main building is a massive 288 sq. m. in size - reinforced with concrete and galvanized steel roof on it. It is attached with a 250 sq. m. additional building with a roof of wooden beams and ceiling of plasterboard. Instead of sewage is provided septic tank.

All necessary permits and licenses for biodiesel production are available. The fire installation is not yet instaled, but the necessary equipment has been purchased. In the additional building, currently there is installed production line of eco-briquettes from sunflower husk, sawdust, rice husks, etc.. The projects is a candidate for EU funding. To start the business, there is a need of additional investments of around 120,000 euros – 50,000 for construction works and 70,000 for equipment. The price of the factory in its current state is 200,000 euros. After the additional works, fabrication and installation of equipment, the production can start in a period between 3 and 6 months. Production potential could be 10 tons per 8 hours.

The whole plot is for industrial uses. The property has it`s own electric transformer station with capacity of 100 kW. It is connected to the main water supply and has own water sources – two wells, located in the property.
In stock are all the tanks and vessels for biodiesel production and storage. The factory has comprehensive permission issued by the government authorities for the production of biodiesel. The building permit is approved and coordinated. Currently there are no installations for the production of biodiesel.

There is another opportunity for productive activity, because biodiesel production itself, needs about 150 sq. m. covered and about 150 sq. m. open area.
