This huge plot of investment land is located in the Strolata site, immediately next to the historical complex Aheloy 917 that is currently being built and which shall present an open-air museum reviving the glorious battle at Aheloy in which the Bulgarian Army won a decisive victory over the Byzantine troops. It spreads over 25 910 sq.m of land, which is only 200 meters away from an asphalt road and is set 77 meters above sea-level and because of that reveals one of the finest views in the area.
According to the General Territory Act, Strolata site has a status of a holiday zone since year 2006 and as such shall receive infrastructure improvements and an overall modernization of the facilities. The area is set at even distance (1 km) between the villages of Tankovo and Aheloy. Strolata site is on the main road connecting Bourgas to Sunny Beach and is 25 km from the Bourgas Airport.
The region of Strolata was seriously invested into in the last few years and most of the plots now belong to British and Italian investors. The area has a lot of potential and is supposed to be transformed into a satellite holiday zone to the posh Sunny Beach resort that is 8 km by car from here.
