Exclusive Project of BULGARIAN PROPERTIES Receives BEST PROJECT 2009 Award

On June 18th 2009 the Sheraton Hotel in Sofia hosted the official award ceremony of the first international awards in the field of architecture and building BEST PROJECT 2009.

A total of 24 nominated projects competed for the eight awards divided into a few categories, as each of the projects was accurately assessed by a ten-member jury.

BULGARIAN PROPERTIES participated with its exclusive project Porto Paradiso in Sveti Vlas which was widely supported by the internet users thus winning the internet voting award.

Porto Paradiso is the most exclusive seaside project in Bulgaria with its first-line beachfront position and only minutes away from the Marina of the elite resort of Sveti Vlas. Porto Paradiso is a classical Mediterranean-style building with vaults, wall piers and cornices and a wealth of details on the façade, as special attention is paid even to the smallest details.

The winners in the other categories were the project Orange County, Santa Marina holiday village in Sozopol, Eco Grand Mehomia SPA Katarino area - Razlog, Arena Marina Dinevi – Sveti Vlas, Florimont Bansko, StellaBoyana development in Sofia, Sky Buildings in Plovdiv.

The guests included famous Russian and Bulgarian businessmen, developers, investors, models, Mrs. Bulgaria 2008 Galina Ivanova, the members of the jury, etc.

The VIP guest of the ceremony was the famous Russian actor and singer Mihail Boyarskiy. The entertainment program also included performances by famous singers and a ballet formation.
