The management fee is 800 EUR without VAT and it covers:
Security + Maintenance of common areas
• Provide 24 hour security. 3 guards (covering 24 hour duty) would be used to continually patrol the site.
• Maintain all grounds. Path clearance to chalet doors during winter months and grass cutting/gardens during summer months.
• Car parks kept completely clear of snow.
• Liaise with Municipality to ensure the road down to Pamporovo village is regularly cleared of snow.
• Electricity for common areas including street lighting.
• Maintenance and cleaning of swimming pool.
In addition to the above,
• Repairing the paths, stairs and the hand railings around the site.
• Repair and maintain the swimming pool.
• Invest money for sun beds.
• Include all the social security payments required for the staff.
• Cover the cost of electricity for all the common areas and fuel costs.
• Keep the restaurant open for guests.
