Redenka Chalet 13 is part of the gated development of Redenka Holiday Club, which comprises of apartments and chalets located 10 min drive from Bansko ski resort and 1.5 miles from the Ian Woosnam golf course that has just been constructed in the Razlog Valley.
The holiday home has two floors with living area of 129 sq.m and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. The chalet comes fully finished with natural wooden floorings of pine, modern tiled bathrooms and kitchens, outer wall insulation, UPVC double glazed windows and an efficient heating system with radiators installed. As you can see from the photos, the property is fully and comfortably furnished as well.
Downstairs, the entrance hall leads to an open-plan kitchen with dining table, cozy lounge in front of a fireplace and TV. There is also a shower/wc and private sauna downstairs. Opposite the front door, there is a tiled staircase leading to the 3 bedrooms on the top floor. There is a balcony and a fully fitted bathroom with bathtub and wc. It comes for sale completely ready for both personal use and letting.
Additionally, there is cable television with 50 international channels incl. Eurosport, MTV, BBC, etc., fast Internet connection and alarm system.

NB! A Bulgarian registered company is needed to own a chalet at Redenka. Our solicitors will register a company for you at a cost of 600 Euros (it is not necessary to visit Bulgaria for the company registration).
