Holiday Village Ashiklar Eco

The Holiday Village Ashiklar Eco, is situated above the town of Berkovitsa, some 25 km from the administrative centre Montana. The complex currently comprises of a hotel (360 sq.m of living area) with ten double rooms and two rooms with three beds, restaurant with a terrace (240 sq.m of area) and capacity for 40 people, lobby bar with TV zone and several offices. Further, there is one bungalow for four people (100 sq.m of area) and a one building that is not usable at the moment but is planned for a three-level hotel (320 sq.m).

In addition to that there is a project for a plot of 20 decares that needs to be approved by the municipality. This project concerns the construction of 7 or 8 detached holiday houses and a hotel with swimming pools and tennis court.

Holiday Village Ashiklar Eco is supplied with electricity and running water, telephone landlines, inner bathrooms/wc and a private water purifying system. The hotel has cable television and Internet connections.

Presented in good overall condition, the complex would benefit from some modernization of the restaurant, one of the buildings and the sports playground.

The complex, as it is now, comes with a sports playground for practicing mini football, basketball, volleyball and tennis.
Surrounded by dense forest and meadows, the complex is part of a mountain region and overlooks the towns of Berkovista and Montana. The area is ideal for skiing as it offers access to a tow-lift and some ski runs suitable for beginners. One of the ski runs from the Kom 2016 is actually reaching Holiday Village Ashiklar Eco. At the same time, Holiday Village Ashiklar Eco is in close proximity to Klisura Monastery, as well as the resorts of Varshets, Spanchevsti and Barzia popular with their mineral springs and zones with swimming-pools.

This type of offers rarely arises in Bulgaria and thus a serious consideration would be worth it.
