Financiers: Invest Your Money in Real Estates

"If you are afraid that your bank deposits will devaluate, invest your money in real estates. Despite the fact that the prices of real estates have slowed up the pace of their growth, the purchase of real estates remains the best investment," financial analyzers say.
Sources from the National Statistical Institute announced that the inflation of 4.5% since the beginning of the year has "eaten" the interests of the deposits in levs made for terms of one, three or six months. That's why people wonder what they are supposed to do in order to keep their savings. "The exchange rate of the lev against US dollar can tempt them, but the rise in the price of the US currency is not big enough which means that this finance operation is not worth the efforts," says Tsvetoslav Tzachev from the Elana currency exchange office. The trade with shares is quite sluggish, too. Since the middle of this year some of the bonds have started increasing their prices, but the process is too slow.
