Eddie Jordan to build a residential complex near Obzor and asks for a golf course terrain
Eddie Jordan, the Formula 1 Jordan team owner will build a yacht quay, residential complexes and a golf course near Bourgas, Bulgaria's major Black sea port. He himself confirmed this information after meeting Bourgas mayor Yordan Kostadinov. At visiting Bourgas, Jordan was accompanied by Richard Driscoll, the team's chief operating officer.
Bourgas mayor Yordan Kostadinov required a written presentation of Jordan's business intentions. Bourgas municipality will be able to cooperate in finding a terrain for a golf course and two places suitable for yacht quays. The yacht quays may be constructed in areas in the district of Sarafovo and a golf course can be built in the Rossenets Park.
“This is a good idea and if brought to a good end, it will popularize your country on a global scale,” said Jordan.
Kostadinov invited Jordan to invest also in the beautification of the 3-km-long stretch along the shore form the former Adam and Eve beach to Sarafovo beach. The plan is hotels, entertainment centers and pubs to be built in the area.
Kostadinov promised also to provide his UK guests with a list of investment opportunities.
