You have seen the sights, eaten in the best restaurants, visited the numerous cafes and night clubs seen many music concerts at the open air amphitheatre and bought numerous items of clothes in the main shopping thoroughfare. Yet there is still plenty to do and see in Plovdiv, especially at the Plovdiv International Fair. Exhibitions are held all year round and the end of March and beginning of April saw the Salon International Hair and Beauty Exhibition which attracted a large number of visitors.

At the cost of just 1BG lev visitors were treated to entertainment that you would normally expect at a modeling shoot.

Numerous attractive females strutted their stuff on the cat walk displaying the latest hair styles, while surrounding stands exhibited the latest products in hair styling and beauty care.

For those interested in more manly pursuits there were the agricultural, hunting and fishing exhibitions, as well as the annual Spring Contracting Fair catering for the small and medium sized business, supplying youth fashion, general household articles, knitwear clothing and souveniers, amongst many other things.

So if you are staying in Plovdiv and you would like a break from the usual tourist spots, try visiting Plovdiv International Fair. You will not be disappointed!
