Sveti Vlas - One of the Most Luxurious Spots on the Bulgarian Black Sea Coast

Maxim Magazine

It seems that summer is once again here and if you don’t feel like going to unnecessary extremes there are a few Bulgarian seaside resorts which are worth visiting. One of them is Sveti Vlas (St. Vlas) – nice atmosphere, cozy bars and restaurants, elegant style and all this just a stone’s throw away from the busy Sunny Beach (that means that if you want to mingle with the Liverpool fans it will take only 5 minutes).

Dinevi Resort has over 2,500 beds in four and five-star apartments as they are included in the catalogues of the leading world tour operators. The apartments are as close to the beach as possible, they use some common facilities and are managed centrally, which, as they say, is part of the efforts of Dinevi Group to add that club ambiance to the destination.

Another extremely pleasant surprise that Sveti Vlas has in store is that there is no chance for you to jump in your bed in the middle of the night with a pounding heart from the loud music coming from the nearby disco or pub; the other surprise is the number of tempting bars and restaurants which include the bar Planet and the restaurants Admiral and Palace set on the very edge of the marina.

The marina itself is not only the first of its kind in Bulgaria but also a world-class facility the proof being the acknowledgement of Superport magazine – the most prestigious world marina catalogue which included the Sveti Vlas marina in its last year’s best world marinas catalogue. This is also one of the reasons the number of foreign ultra luxurious boats in Sveti Vlas to grow so there is definitely something to feast your eyes on at the pier. However, if you prefer to berth your own yacht (so what if you are still paying the installments for it, it is in every way equal to the rest) you should know that there is nothing to be worried about. The marina offers it all – from water and electricity to internet, cable TV, telephone and fax. And because we know that you are an intelligent person (otherwise you would be reading something else or nothing at all) we will delight you with some cultural news as well. Since last year Sveti Vlas has a new amphitheater which is called Arena and is set but a few hundred meters from the seashore. Its program is rich in cultural events of all kinds (sorry, no football games) – theater and musical premieres, festivities on the event of various Bulgarian holidays, etc. while the Action Aquapark, set about 2 miles from Sveti Vlas, is also a true feast for the soul.
