Residential building MERCURE will be built on Cherni Vrah Boulevard in Sofia

The construction of a new residential building, with a design focused on the higher class of the luxury properties, is planned to start by the end of September.

The MERCURE investment project belongs to Bulgaria Investment Group LTD and is realised through its daughter company Lozenets Investment Group. The building was designed by Kazakov Architectural Group EOOD with Group Manager Tihomir Kazakov. The total built-up area without the basement is about 5888 square meters. It is situated on a plot of 1825 square meters on Cherni Vrah boulevard in Krastova Vada area. MERCURE is a luxury residential building which will offer a set of services and equipment, the investors announced.

The architectural design of the building is in compliance with the requirement of ensuring suitable exposure for all flats and offering mountain views.

The building is planned to have a façade which is a combination of ceramic facing and siding panels with natural oak panelling which will give an additional element of originality to the architectural form. It is in harmony with the modern tendencies and requirements.

The building will have 64 apartments with a total area of 4700 square meters. They have been designed with varied functional disposition of the rooms and include 4 studios, 48 two-room, 11 three-room and one four-room apartment. The building will have two-level underground car parks of 1325 square meters each.

The ground floor consists of a shop area facing Cherni Vrah Boulevard. There are two floors of offices. The central area of the building will have a reception, a lobby bar and a restaurant. Part of the functional zone includes a fitness, SPA centre and an indoor swimming pool. All apartments and offices will be fully wired and connected through an internal system for Internet and cable television.

Access to the apartments, any of the premises of the sports centre as well as the common door of the underground parking will be by means of swipe cards.

The building will have gas central heating, with radiators in all the rooms and apartments and cooling in summer will be ensured by the central air-conditioning system.

The apartments will be fully finished with luxury flooring - laminated floors of the highest quality in the living rooms and bedrooms; terracotta in the bathrooms and lavatories; MDF doors; entrance doors unlocked with swipe cards; high quality PVC windows; hanging ceilings everywhere, with lights on the ceiling. The bathrooms and toilets will be fully equipped with materials by Standard and Vidima.

The area surrounding the building will be formed into a garden and paved alleys with lights.

MERCURE is one of the projects of Bulgaria Investment group in Sofia. Recently the company purchased several plots in Malinova Dolina area near Simeonovsko Shose Str. The company's investment plans include several projects in the Lavov Most area designated for office buildings with shops. Another project of the company is a residential complex of the closed type in Stara Zagora as well as Veliko Tarnovo Hills. At present the company is in the last stage of the preliminary research for the Rila View Village holiday complex in Razlog.
