Locuintele de pe litoralul bulgaresc s-au scumpit

Preturile locuintelor in 28 dintre cele mai mari orase din Bulgaria au crescut in medie cu 5,4% in trimestrul al doilea din 2007. Potrivit institutului bulgar de statistica, aceasta scumpire vine dupa ce in primele trei luni ale anului preturile au crescut cu 9,3%, informeaza NewsIn. De la an la an, preturile locuintelor au crescut cu 27%. Pretul mediu al proprietatilor rezidentiale din cele 28 de orase a fost, potrivit institutului bulgar de statistica, de 1.041,1 leva (533 de euro) pe metru patrat, comparativ cu 988,2 leva (506 euro) pe metru patrat in primul trimestru din 2007.

In orasul-port Varna sint cele mai mari preturi, de 1.710 leva (875 euro) pe metru patrat (pret mediu), in crestere cu 3,9%, asta si din cauza scumpirii locuintelor de pe litoral.

Pe locul al doilea este capitala Sofia, cu o medie a preturilor la locuinte de 1.648 leva (843 euro) pe metru patrat, in crestere cu 3,8%. Cele mai mici preturi sint inregistrate in orasul Kyustendil, de 582,5 leva (298 euro) pe metru patrat. Preturile locuintelor au fost in medie de 1.000 de leva (511 euro) pe metru patrat in orasele bulgare Burgas, Plovdiv, Russe si Stara Zagora. Analistii pietei imobiliare previzionau cresterea preturilor la locuinte in Bulgaria, dupa aderarea la UE, insa preturile nu au ajuns la nivelul celor din Romania.
