Bansko hosts Jazz Festival for ninth consecutive year

For the ninth consecutive year Bulgaria’s Bansko winter resort would host an international jazz festival.

The event would take place from August 8 to 13. Musicians from 10 countries would get the chance to perform, avtora.com reported.

This year, the opening ceremony of the festival would start with a Salsa Night, featuring various Bulgarian performers.

During the next five days, the festival would feature the big band of Belgrade’s radio, a gypsy trio, Polish performers and the most popular Cuban vocal quartet Sexto Sentido, avtora.com reported.

Bulgarian jazz performers Kamelia Todorova, Kalin Veliov, Hristo Yotsov and Misho Yosifov would also present their music.

Tickets for the opening event could be bought online from the Ticketstream network, as well as from Bansko’s bigger hotels. The other events would be free of charge.

More interest in agricultural land in Vidin region
