Bulgaria can now boast exceptional economic stability, and the projected 2006 Budget predicts a surplus of 3% of GDP.

The French magazine provides detailed information about the exceptional investment opportunities in the country and highlights market liberalisation as a key element of the structural reforms embarked on by the cabinet.
