Brand New Shops Sell at 3000 EUR/m2 in Sofia

Sale prices of high street shops under construction in the capital Sofia go as high as 3000 EUR/m2, according to data of local real estate sites.

Offers are abundant in the districts of Lozenets, Student's town and Lyulin, which witness a boom in construction works.

Retail space prices command significantly high levels in the luxurious district of Lozenets, towering up to 3600 EUR/m2. One of the cheapest offers on sale is found in Levski district, where a shop with a floorage of 3700 m2 goes for EUR 900,000, or 300 EUR/m2.

Unique mosaic discovered in Stara Zagora

A unique mosaic was discovered by archaeologists in the city of Stara Zagora in Bulgaria. The mosaic depicts the three figures of Bacchus and two bacchantes, all companions from the suite of God Dionysus. The mosaic is a unique finding for Bulgaria.
