PROPERTY MANAGEMENT & LETTING
A first class property management service will be provided by the developer in partnership with a reputable property management company and major international and local tour operators. Once the complex is ready, the owners will be offered to sign contracts for property management and letting.

MAINTENANCE OF THE BUILDING AND ITS COMMUNAL AREAS (compulsory)
The maintenance of the building and the communal areas will be provided by the developer of the complex upon a 2-year contract. The annual maintenance fee is 12 Euro/sq.m (VAT included) and will cover the following:
• Annual maintenance of communal areas and spa/sports facilities
• Maintenance of the vertical planning, snow cleaning
• Maintenance, cleaning and heating of the common parts;
• Maintenance of the electrical and water supply systems; payment of electricity bills for the common parts (corridors of the block) and garden
• Maintenance of the fire precaution and alarm system
• Standard repairs occurring from normal use
Upon payment of the fee for two-year maintenance, the clients will receive 10% discount on the price.
