STANDARD OF FINISH OF THE APARTMENTS
All apartments will be finished to the highest standards, offered for sale ready to be furnished.

• Concrete rendered exterior finish
• Plastered walls
• UPVC double glazed windows, natural colours
• Solid MDF external and internal doors
• high-quality laminate floors
• log burning fireplace in most of the apartments
• aluminium radiators in the common parts; convector radiators in the apartment units
• Fitted kitchen units in most of the apartments, including two level cupboards, built-in sink, ceramic hot-plate, refrigerator and extractor hood. For the 2- and 3-bedroom apartments, there will be also an oven;
• For the hotel-type rooms: a king-size bed or two separate beds of your choice, two night tables, dressing table, wardrobe and large mirror;
• Completed bathroom with high quality tiles on the floor and faience on the walls, latex ceiling, sanitary fixtures – toilet and wash-basin; sanitary mixing taps, bathroom radiator and water-heater; bathtub/shower (your choice);
• Telephone and Internet connection, cable TV in each room;

FURNISHING
Most apartments come with fitted kitchens and a fireplace included in the price. The properties defined as "hotel type room" shall not have fitted kitchens and fireplaces due to their size. However, they will be furnished with a king-size bed or two separate beds of your choice, two night tables, dressing table, wardrobe and mirror.

OPTION 2
Our partners at www.Furnish.BG will offer various types of furniture packs for Perelik Palace apartments. The furniture packs for rental apartments will include everything necessary for both occupation and rental, including:
• Beds, cupboards, dressing tables, bedside lighting
• Cooker, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster
• Pots, pans, cutlery, crockery, kitchen implements
• Dining table and chairs
• Sofa and easy chairs (that convert to a sofa bed)
• Linen, towels, bedding etc.
• TV’s in each room, a Hi-Fi system with CD and MP3 player,
• Table lights
• And everything else needed to make the apartment ready to rent
Furnish.BG can provide furnishings for your apartment when the building is complete. Given the fast pace of development in Bulgaria as a consequence of joining the EU, it is difficult to predict the actual price of these furnishings so far in advance. At today's prices (July 2007), we expect that it will cost about 5900 euros to furnish a studio apartment, 7200 euros to furnish a one bed apt and 9200 euros to furnish a 2 bed apartment.
