Internally the apartments have been created to fit the demands of a modern holiday home, providing a variety of layouts designed to cater for a range of lifestyles including variations such as separate or open-plan kitchens, spacious living rooms, elegant good-sized bedrooms and luxurious family bathrooms /most of the them with bath-tubs/. All ground floor apartments come with French windows leading out on to attractive patio areas and swimming pool, whilst the apartments on the higher floors are equipped with large balconies, providing far reaching views. In this wonderful location the outside space is as important as the inside, thus the internal communal areas are finished to the same high standards as the apartments themselves.
Aheloy Apartment complex will feature a solid construction with external heat and water insulation. All walls will be smooth-plastered and latex painted; the floors are to be covered with terracota or fitted carpets; further there will be installed PVC double glazing windows and doors of laminated MDF. The bathrooms and toilets are to be finished with terracotta-tiled floorings and fully fitted with modern equipment including boilers. Additionally, each apartment is coming with possibility for telephone landline and cable TV with local and international channels incl. Eurosport, MTV, BBC, etc.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
We offer full property management for all Aheloy Apartments through our sister company Property Management BG Ltd. Our property management services include:
- full property management
- communication with potential customers/tenants
- meeting customers at Bourgas Airport and transportation to your apartment
- cleaning, ventilation and maintenance
- all services required to keep the apartment in good condition.
For the above services, we charge a percent of the profit after running costs. Regular monthly rental reports are sent to the apartment owners showing you the occupancy, costs and net income.
RESERVATIONS
Any Aheloy apartment can be secured by sending a nonrefundable deposit of 10% of the price.
As there are only three apartments left, the payment plan is subject of discussion with the agents in charge.
Bulgarian Properties are charging 3% agency commission payable at signing the deeds.
