Four Seasons

"Four Seasons" holiday complex is located in the pleasant and peaceful Black Sea resort Pomorie and it lies only 3 minutes’ walk from a wide beach of fine sand. It is located near the balneology complex "Pomorie" and 200 meters from the pedestrian area of the town where are to be found numerous restaurants and cafes, bars and shops, as well as a bus stop. The area is very quiet and pleasant with many opportunities for water sports, and various natural resources for different relaxing and rejuvenating spa treatments and therapies.

"Four Seasons" complex will be arranged for year-round use and will consist of one building with east and southeast disposition, which shall comprise of five residential and one ground floor. It will provide 62 apartments, including studios and one bedroom apartments with the possibility of forming two or three bedroom apartments. The views that will offer the apartments will be towards the sea and the neighborhood area. During the construction shall be used modern technologies and high quality materials to ensure its practicality, comfort and aesthetics. The complex will feature an elevator, a shop, garages and storage rooms on the ground floor. It will provide round the clock security and concierge services.

Thanks to its location, complex "Four Seasons" is located 13 km from the town of Nessebar, 14 km from the Bourgas International Airport and respectively 20 km from the city of Bourgas. It will be built by the company investor for the complexes "Forest Nook" in Pamporovo, "Sun Gate" and "Boomerang" in Sunny Beach.

Date of operation:
Complex "Four Seasons" is under construction that began in early March 2014. The complex will be completed and put into operation in April 2016.

Reservation apartment
Any available apartment in the "Four Seasons" complex can be reserved immediately with a non-refundable deposit of 2000 Euro, payable in cash, by credit card or by bank transfer. Upon paying the deposit the apartment will be reserved until the period of signing up the preliminary contract - within 28 days.
There is no agency commission applied for this complex.

Plan B with a discount 5 - 7 %

• 100% upon completion of the transaction within 10 days of the booking deposit;
