Apartments "Black Sea" are located in close proximity to the beach in one of the most popular beaches on the Northern coast. The building, where the apartments are located is: 25 minutes drive from Varna airport and the highway to Sofia, no more than 10 minutes drive from Varna, 10 minutes from the resort Golden Sands, 20 minutes from the resorts Albena and Balchik and the beach itself is a few meters from the building.

Next to apartments "Black Sea" you will find grocery stores, restaurants and bus station to Varna and the resort. Golden Sands. The rental price for one month stay is 200 euro, and in May, June, July and August the rent is 500 euro. They are given for rent for a long and short period of time.

One-bedroom apartment - 70 sq.m.
The one-bedroom apartment has a living room with dining area, kitchenette with built in kitchen, bedroom, hallway and bathroom.
The apartment is furnished with modern sofa, beds, cupboards, wardrobes, dining table with chairs and air conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with oven, hob, fridge and washing machine. There is Internet access.
The rental price for one month stay is 300 euro and in May, June, July and August he rent is 700 euro. The are given for rent for a long and short period of time.

Panoramic apartment - 90 sq.m.
The one-bedroom apartment is located on the top floor of the building and has incredible sea view. It is exquisitely furnished with sofas, beds, cupboards, wardrobes, dining table with chairs and air conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with oven, hob, fridge. The apartment has a fireplace. The bathroom is luxuriously furnished and have bathtub. There is a separate laundry room. The lighting is designed and elegantly combined with the furnishing.
The rental price for one month stay is 450 euro and in May, June, July and August the rent is 1200 euro. It is given for a long and short period of time.

The apartments is given for rent for a long and short period of time.The apartment can be booked by paying a monthly rent.

Rental price
The rental price does not include consumable costs for: Cable TV, Internet, electricity and water. On the day of accommodation due to a refundable damage deposit.

The agency's commission is 50 % of the first rent.
