"Water" is located at a distance of 1.5 km from the sea, the altitude is 150 m, allowing a good view of complementary quiet and beautiful small picturesque vineyards and villas. Nearby is the Botanical garden of Varna and very hot mineral pools treating various diseases.

The project includes:
Land 4800 sq.m. and 4 buildings with an area of 3620 sq. m., together with playgrounds, pools and parking lots as follows:

Block A - 20 one-bedroom apartment (living room, bedroom and bathroom) from 50 to 80 sq.m. The apartments on the top floor have balconies – roof with an area equal to the adjacent apartment. Two of the apartments on the ground floor have individual courtyards around 23 sq. m. each one.

Block B – 6 two- bedroom apartments (living room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) from 110 to 120 sq.m. The apartments on the top floor have balconies – roof with an area equal to the adjacent apartment. Three apartments on the ground floor have individual courtyards around 35 sq. m. each one.

Block C - 3 studios (one room with separate kitchenette and one bathroom) from 45 to 50 sq. m., each one with balcony area of 45 sq. m.

The residential part has two additional rooms with a total area of 100 sq.m., which can be transformed into a laundry room, cinema or for other purposes eg. dental office, gym, billiards,etc.

The total area, together with all the apartments, terraces and courtyards to them is 3620 sq. m.

The announced price includes the completion of the apartments "turnkey" - fully equipped bathrooms, flooring (tiles in the kitchens and German laminate in the living rooms and bedrooms).

‘Water’. Second Stage

As a bonus to all this, the new owner receives a plot of 3000 sq.m., located next to the complex. The status of the land actually allows construction of 3 500 to 4000 sq.m. On the plot of 3500 sq. m. must be built: apartments (hotel), tennis court, basketball, volleyball, playground, barbecue and parking. The idea is to unify the infrastructure of two stages - 2 pools, 2 bars, laundry, premise, cinema, restaurant, spa, art school, tennis courts, sports, playground, parking, security and others.

Reservation of the property
You could reserve this property immediately by providing a non-refundable deposit of 2000 Euro, payable by credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or bank transfer. Upon paying the deposit the property will be reserved for the period of 14 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the Preliminary Contract.
