Reservation of Apartments
Any apartment in the development can be reserved immediately with a non-refundable deposit of 1000 Euro paid into the developers bank account by credit card or bank transfer, as well as in cash. Bulgarian Properties charges a 3% agency commission calculated on the purchase price of the apartment. The commission is payable to the bank account of the agency, along with the payment of the second instalment.
