Endless sea view from the height of 200 meters towards the magnificent and extremely diverse bay from Cape Kaliakra to Cape Galata of the Black Sea - that is BlackSeaRama, the first championship signature golf course in Bulgaria - 18 holes, par 72, length of 6648 meters - and the first completed project of Gary Player in Eastern Europe.

BlackSeaRama is situated at 40 minutes drive from Varna International Airport and is close to three of the most famous sea resorts in Bulgaria - St. Constantine and Elena, Golden Sands, and Albena. We are talking about kilometers of sandy beaches and half a million of beds at hotels and villas of different standards. The nature diversification in the region is more than remarkable, and in respect of the historical background of human civilizations around these places, it encompasses seven civilizations - the Golden Prehistoric; the Thracian; the Roman; the Hellenic; the Byzantium; the Islamic and the Bulgarian.

The history theme is actively presented in the design of BlackSeaRama - very often, one could spot ruins from ancient times around the fairways, and the tees at hole 18, are situated right upon them. A replica of antic theatre is ‘hanging’ above the depth, right in front of the Club House, opening a unique panorama to the sea. The Club itself has used elements of the Tuscany architecture. Vineyards represent different elite sorts and are planted already around the fairways and the buggy alleys – the existence of a significant amount of limestone in the soil is an excellent prerequisite for their growth and quality of taste. One of the four artificial lakes within the complex with overall size of over 1000 decares, is stocked with different fish, i.e. carp, perch pike, crabs, etc.

The Bulgarian Black Sea coast it is a magnet for millions of Bulgarians and foreign visitors every year. The welcoming climate from late May to late September with average air temperatures of 28°Celsius (82°Fahrenheit) and sea temperatures of 25°Celsius (77°Fahrenheit), the beaches with fine golden sands and the modern resorts are becoming increasingly popular each year. The Black Sea coast is also one of the best spa areas in the country where the combination of sea climate, mineral baths, hot springs, and curative mud adds to the possibilities of holiday enjoyment.

Geografic Situation & Climate
The dramatic coastal site of BlackSeaRama is gently undulating and sits on an elevated plateau looking out across the Black Sea. Due to the landform of the site most points boast expansive sea views. Along the ridgeline to the east the site steeply dips and returns, creating a bowl effect and providing a more sheltered zone. The prevailing northeasterly winds provide a welcome moderating effect on hot days. Each winter the site receives several small snowfalls, some of which settle on the ground for a week or so.

Bell Tower (BT)
The Bell Tower villa community is located on the southeast corner of the development just on the edge of the cliffs overlooking the Black Sea. These semidetached units offer all the benefits of ownership including use of all BackSeaRama facilities such as the tennis courts, fitness center, spa, and most importantly, the Gary Player signature golf course. Satellite TV, Internet and the use of a private communal pool are also available to Bell Tower residents. Units range from 123 to 206 square meters in size with floor plans that offer two bedrooms and one to two and a half bathrooms.

Individual villas
BlackSeaRama's most exclusive lots offer an unimpeded sea view on the very edge of the cliff. Four models are available to choose from. These one-story dwellings boast a sizeable footprint from 200 to nearly 250 square meters of space, four bedrooms, and three bathrooms.(Type A)
The two-story panoramic homes are situated at the inner side of the edge - each of them offering spectacular sea and golf views, larger living areas totaling about 230 square meters, four bedrooms and three bathrooms. (Type B)
The fairway villas that are offered for sale line the course near the sixth, seventh and ninth greens. These are one and one and half-story homes designed in the Tuscany theme that is carried throughout the complex. Floor plans include three bedrooms and two to three bathrooms with total living area averaging 190 square meters. There are three models available to choose from. (Type D)
