The apartments will be created according to the "Bulgarian Completion Standard". This term describes the usual finish that most of the newly built residential properties in Bulgaria have when completed. The extras will include:

GENERAL CONDITIONS
• It is not necessary to come to Bulgaria in order to reserve an apartment or sign the preliminary contract.
• No company is needed to own an apartment in Stamboliiski Bridge III.
• All owners who rent out their apartments must pay an annual 10% rental income tax. We will collect and pay this for you.
• Owners who have a rental contract with Property Management BG can use their apartment whenever they wish, provided that they have notified the booking office in advance. You will be charged only the cleaning costs for staying.
RESERVATION & AGENCY COMMISSION
Any apartment in Stamboliiski Bridge III can be reserved by a non-refundable deposit of 5% of the purchasing price, payable into the developer’s bank account. The buyer is expected to sign a preliminary contact with the development company and to pay the first installment of 25% in 28 days after reservation. We will let you know approximately 14 days in advance when each payment is due.
Bulgarian Properties charges a 3% agency commission calculated on the purchase price of the apartment. The commission is payable to the bank account of the agency, along with the payment of the first instalment.
PAYMENT PLAN
Standard
- 5 % reservation deposit (non-refundable)
- 30 % first installment within 28 days after reservation (+ 3% agency commission)
- 15 % second installment when the construction reaches fourth floor
- 20 % third installment when the building reaches shell stage
- 15 % fourth installment when the building is being plastered outside (approx. 5 months after the shell stage)
- 15 % fifth installment when the building is completed (Act 15) and the apartment ownership is transferred to the buyer

VAT included in the price! The total price paid will be fully indicated on your title deeds.
Every owner of property in Bulgaria pays an annual real estate tax and local communal tax the amount of which depends on the size of the property.
