Mont Blanc is a new luxury apartment complex in Bansko - the most modern Bulgarian ski resort. Mont Blanc apartments is a 4-storey building of 22 apartments located just 700 meters (7 minutes walking) from the Gondola lift of Bansko which takes the skiers or tourists directly to the main skiing area of the resort high in the mountains (journey with Gondola takes about 30 minutes).
Mont Blanc apartments are situated in the most attractive area of the resort, just behind hotel Tanne, the most prestigious location in Bansko with luxury hotels and villas around (see photos below). Nice restaurants of local style (Mehanas) are also around.
Mont Blanc apartments are currently (06 September 2004) built to fourth floor level, now building the roof. The whole development is planned to be fully completed and ready for use until 31 January 2005, so that the buyers will be able to rent out their apartments to skiers during the coming winter season.
