Kaliakria Resort is located 55 km to the north of Varna (the Black Sea coast capital) and about 45 min from Varna International Airport. The old fishing towns of Balchik and Kavarna are nearby. The well known international resort of Albena is at a 15 min drive away.

The resort is south-facing and is situated in the heart of the so called Bulgarian Golf Riviera, boasting probably the best and picturesque views in the area. The apartments overlook the greens and the fairways of a new Gary Player championship 18-hole golf course (under construction) and Kavarna bay, which is stretching from cape Kaliakra to Albena and Golden Sands. A second Gary Player golf course, is operating about three kilometers away, while a little bit further away, a third golf course designed by Ian Woosnam, is also completed.

THE RESORT
Designed by Gustavo Kloster, a Spanish architect well known for his luxury villas in Costa del Sol and the Bulgarian Architects ADA and STOARCH, Kaliakria combines the proven concept from the Mediterranean Sea coast with the local Bulgarian architectural style. Wooden pergolas, wrought iron fences, painted terracotta and cream colours, buildings set between stone paved paths, verdant gardens and charming water features combine traditional finishes with the contemporary feeling of openness and space. The individual apartments are also very spacious, with generous terraces, overlooking one of the golf courses and the sea beyond.

A driver will meet you at your arrival and will take you to Kaliakria Resort
• Ready-to-use apartment
On arrival at the resort, your apartment will be ready to use – clean, bedded and the refrigerator filled-in with all first hand necessities.
• Care during your stay
The Customer Care manager is there to assist you with all your needs – daily cleaning, laundry, baby sitting, rent-a-car, taxi services, restaurant reservations etc.
• Fitness
The fitness club is free for members.
• Kids Club
Your kids will have plenty of fun with the animators, while you are relaxing by the pool or enjoying a cocktail at the "Totally Romantic" pool bar.
• Priority restaurant reservation
The concierge will book you a preferred table at bistro Turquoise, the gourmet restaurant “El Balcon del Mundo”, or the "Totally Romantic" pool bar.
• At the sea
As a Kaliakria Gold Club member, you and your family and friends, have the choice of spending some exciting time at the sea with a boat fleet based at Marina Balchik, just 10 minutes drive from Kaliakria. Take a tour with a 12 meters long, 700 HP, motor boat “La Nina”, or a day of sailing with a brand new 44 feet (13.5 m) sailing boat “S.S. Kaliakria”. A powerful jet-ski is also at your disposal.
• Golf
Enjoy special rates for golf lessons or have a tee-time booking for “green fee” play and a transfer shuttle to the golf courses and back.
• Sports and excursions

RESERVATION & AGENCY COMMISSION
You could reserve an apartment in Kaliakria Resort immediately by providing a non-refundable deposit of 2 000 Euro, payable by credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or bank transfer to the bank account of the developer. Upon paying the deposit the apartment will be reserved for the period of 14 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the preliminary contract and to pay the next installment according to the payment plan. No company is needed to be set up in order to obtain a property at Kaliakria Resort.

The payment plans are discussed in advance with the developer of Kaliakria Resort who provide extremely flexible and individual approach to each client. Different payment plans are offered like:
- Up to one year interest-free payment plan with a 50% payment of the price of the property
- Within five years with 8% interest Eurobor (paying 50% of the price of the property and distribute the remaining value into 60 equal installments)
- Up to 20 years with a mortgage loan provided by UniCredit Bulbank
