This complex represents a typical Bulgarian architecture and inspires with its traditional old Balkan spirit. It consists of a 3-storey residential building and three 1-storey houses, which create an inside yard.

Bulgarian Properties is launching for rent a 3-storey residential building consisting of two completely furnished 2-bedroom apartments each featuring a soft sofa, a Jacuzzi and an air-conditioner. There is a cable TV and Internet in the building. The first floor represents a pub with a winter and summer garden. The fireplace and the traditional low chairs ‘minderi’ create an atmosphere of coziness and warm family atmosphere during the cold winter months. This pub is available for use by all tenants in the building.

The three 1-storey houses consist of 9 rooms. Each room is furnished with massive furniture, air-conditioner and own bathroom/wc. There is cable TV and Internet in each room. In front of each house you could find a lovely sunny verandah.

All buildings create a beautifully landscaped inside yard with typical Bulgarian flowers and fruit trees. In the whole complex there is an installation for heating. The massive fence is made of stone creates the feeling of security and once you enter the 3-meters high wooden entrance doors you immediately find yourself in totally different world…

Reservation procedure
The guest house ‘Chiflika’ could be reserved immediately by paying reservation deposit of
50% of the final renting price. It is offered for a short- or long-term rent.

Renting price
The renting price per night for a 2-bedroom apartment in the complex is 55 Euro/night, Capacity: 4 + 2
The renting price for a double room in the complex per night is- 22 Euro/night, Capacity 2 + 1

If you are looking for a long-term renting the price is subject to negotiation.

The advertised price include all utility expenses such as electricity, water, cable TV, wireless Internet, maintenance of the common parts, using of the pub and free car parking.

At an additional charge the owners could also provide a kitchen staff.
