The developing company that stands behind the Apartment House Bulgaria has been founded in 1993 and has excellent reputation of being one of the most respected investment companies in Bulgaria. The company has developed various construction projects, including residential buildings, large logistic parks, etc and has serious experience as one of the property management companies in the capital.

Technical Details
The common parts, including the staircase are done with marble tiles, while the corridors are covered with fitted carpet. The walls are painted with latex and come with paintings. The ceilings are with hidden illumination. The complex comes with central heating system with aluminum radiators.
There is an Italian hydraulic elevator with capacity for six people. Further are set a special energy-saving illumination system and sensors for fire-alarm.
The complex comes with:

Maintenance Fee
The maintenance of the building and the communal areas will be provided by the developer of the complex. The annual maintenance fee is 20 BGN/sq.m (VAT included) and will cover the following:
• 24-hour security service and video-surveillance
• reception desk services
• cleaning of the common parts
• maintenance of the garden by a professional gardener
• maintenance of the common installations of the complex
• heating of the common parts
• lightening of the common parts and the garden

For the one-bedroom apartments, the tax estimates to 120 BGN/month with VAT, for the two-bedroom apartments the tax is approx. 170 BGN/month with VAT, while for the apartments with three bedrooms the fee is approx 200 BGN/month with VAT.

All apartment units in Apartment House Bulgaria come fully furnished according to individual projects. The furnishing package includes:

• double bed with night tables and night lamps
• wardrobe
• desk with a mirror and a chair
• curtains and paintings in each premises
• kitchen of MDF, made by individual project and equipped with a refrigerator and a freezer by Gorenje, an extractor hood by Faber, an oven with ceramic plot by Gorenje, washing basin, a coffee/tea machine. In some of the apartments are also installed washing machines.

Property Management & Letting

Payment Plan
- 5000 Euros reservation deposit valid for 14 days, non-refundable.
- 30 % first installment on signing the Preliminary Contract (within 28 days after reservation).
- 70 % second installment on transferring the ownership rights up to 45 days after the first installment was made.

Bulgarian Properties charges 3 % agency commission for that complex.
