The apartment has a typical urban character and occupies an area of more than 150 sq.m. You enter the apartment directly from the elevator, which operates by a remote control thus restricting the access to this (sixth) floor.

The spacious living-room with an area of 70 sq.m has a central place in this apartment. All other rooms surround the living-room including the master bedroom, the children’s room, two bathrooms/WC and a large closet. Once in the living-room you get the feeling that this truly is the home’s “heart”- the favorite place of the dwellers. Surprisingly hidden behind the closet you could find a large bathroom/WC equipped with a large Jacuzzi with a TV and a hydro-massage shower cabin. The tiles resemble natural wood and the soft chocolate shades create the feeling of a real Spa center.

The spirit of the children’s room is just the opposite- bright and cheerful colors and light furniture, which correspond to the needs of the little ones. Opposite the children’s room you could find the second bathroom/WC.

No doubt, the most attractive part of the apartment “Amore” is the extremely large terrace. Here the owners have contemplated the mounting of a Jacuzzi by providing all necessary system connections and have created space for teak grills. The façade of the apartment is covered by HPL-Prodema wooden panels made in Germany. The sound system by the proven brand “Bose” is available in all rooms of the apartment and continues on the terrace as well. The under roof space is also successfully used by mounting here the gas boiler. On the roof itself are placed solar panels.

You could reserve apartment “Amore” immediately by providing a non-refundable deposit of 2 000 Euro, payable by cash, by credit card (Visa, MasterCard) or via bank transfer. Upon paying the deposit the property will be reserved for the period of 14 days and after that the Buyer will have to sign the Preliminary Contract.
