Ultra modern styling and contemporary living, as well as high quality finishing, are all hallmarks of this development.The structure of the building is monolithic, with reinforced concrete frame. The walls are constructed with bricks covered with insulation and mineral plaster, later they are latex painted. There is five-chamber REHAU UPVC joinery. The elevators in the building are hydraulic and noiseless. The terraces come with stainless rails of wrought iron, offering unobstructed views to the sea.

Furnishing
The apartment units are offered fully completed and furnished with everything one might need during the holiday, namely: solid wood and rattan furniture items, high-quality floorings, MDF interior doors, kitchen appliances like cooker, extractor hood, refrigerator, coffee machine, etc. Further the living rooms will come with sofas and coffee table, plus TV cupboard and dining table with chairs. The bedrooms will have tiles and fitted carpets, a bed suite, a wardrobe and a dressing table. The bathrooms/wc will be covered with Spanish or Italian tiles and will be equipped with a full set of sanitary items, plus a boiler. There will be air conditioners in each accommodation unit. Installations for telephone landline, cable television and internet are available.
