Characteristics of the Briz district
The building is located in a quiet district surrounded by green plots. The apartments are in close proximity to the sea and are suitable for families or parties of 2 to 6 people. You could easily reach all Varna city attractions by walking- museums, Sport Palace, Navy School, the Zoo, the Pantheon and last but not least the beautiful Sea Garden which is the biggest on the Balkan Peninsula (400 000 sq.m). There is a bus stop near by which connects the district with the remote Varna regions as well as with the sea resorts.

Only 5 minutes walking distance from the complex you can find the the new shopping mall which is a part of the the Varna hypermarket chain Piccadilly Park. The shopping mall consists of 5 levelxs- 2 underground and 3 above the ground. The roof of the Piccadilly Park is shaped as an atrium through which the day light penetrates into the center of the building. The mall provides underground and outside parkingf lots with more than 160 car spaces. The total trading space is over 5500 sq.m where you could find mixture of shops, food outlets and services.

Reservation & Agency Commission
You could reserve an apartment in the "Briz"II Complex immediately by providing a non-refundable deposit of 2000 EUR, payable by credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or bank transfer to the bank account of the developer. Upon paying the deposit the apartment will be reserved for the period of 14 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the preliminary contract and to pay the next installment according to the payment plan.

Bulgarian Properties charge 3% agency commission for Briz II Apartments, payable when the first instalment is due.

The apartments come with percentage of the land they are built on. Thus the clients will need to set up a Bulgarian Ltd. company. This company will buy the property and will own the land. You will be the owner of the company and, respectively, of the land. Our lawyers will help you set up the company and will do all the necessary procedures to obtain the property on your behalf. Payment plan
• 2000 EUR non-refundable deposit upon reserving the apartment
• 30% of the price when signing the preliminary contract (the reservation of 2000 EUR is deducted from that installment and 3% agency commission is paid at that stage)
• 70% of the price upon signing of the Notary Deed
