Property management & Letting of the complex
Maintenance of the apartments and the complex:
The annual maintenance fee for Neviastata SPA Complex is 8 Euros/sq.m and will cover the maintenance and upkeep of the complex, all its facilities.
Reservation of apartment:
Any apartment at Neviastata SPA Complex can be reserved immediately with a non-refundable deposit of 2000 Euros paid into the developer’s bank account by bank transfer. The reservation deposit will hold the property reserved for 28 (twenty-eight days) during which period a preliminary contract will be signed between the investor and the client.
Payment plan:
- 2000 Euro non-refundable deposit
- 50 % first installment minus the deposit payable approx, 28 days after reservation on signing the preliminary contract
- 20 % second installment due two months after the first installment
- 20 % third installment due two months after the second installment
- 10 % fourth installment due on completion and transferring of the Title Deeds (approx. 31st December 2008)
PRICES AND AVAILABILITY
This availability list is constantly updated and valid. All prices are inclusive of VAT. The full price is declared on the title deeds. The additional costs, notary fees, local tax and stamp duty will be approximately 5 % on top of the purchase price.
