General Conditions
• No company is needed to own an apartment in Aheloy Palace.
• All owners who rent out their apartments must pay an annual 10% rental income tax.

Maintenance of communal area
The annual maintenance fee for the apartments at Aheloy Palace is 9 Euros per sq.m. (VAT excluded) and will cover the following:
• payment of the common utility bills;
• maintenance and cleaning of the common areas of the buildings;
• 24-hour security
• maintenance of the lift
• maintenance of the common grounds – green areas, alleys, pool;
• ecological and hygiene services, etc.

PAYMENT PLANS

Standard
• 5% reservation deposit to the bank account of the developer (non-refundable)
• 30% first instalment payable at signing the Preliminary Contract (approx. 28 days after reservation)
• 30% second instalment payable in May 2009
• 25% third instalment payable in June 2009
• 10% final instalment payable on completion of the deal

With 3 % discount
• 1000 euro reservation deposit to the bank account of the developer (non-refundable)
• 90% first instalment (less the deposit) payable at signing the Preliminary Contract (approx. 28 days after reservation)
• 10% final instalment payable on completion of the complex (approx. March 2009)

Ownership of the property will be transferred to the buyer when the Act15 certificate is issued.

PRICES, SIZES, AVAILABILITY (constantly updated and valid!)
Prices are final, inclusive of VAT, with the full value declared in the Title deeds. On top of this price you will also need to pay the Notary fees, stamp duty and local tax (approx. 4 - 6% of the purchase price).
Every owner of property in Bulgaria pays an annual real estate tax and local communal tax the amount of which depends on the size of the property.
