Both entrances are supplied with quick and quiet elevators for easy access to each floor and luxurious entrance doors with an option for push – button entrance trough intercom and/or video intercom system.

For the families with children another convenience is the school of foreign languages, which is situated at about 100-200 meters from Sky building.

Reservation
Any apartment from the Sky Building Complex could be booked by sending a deposit in the amount of 2000 Euros. A preliminary contract should be signed up to 15 days after the deposit payment. The deposit is deducted from the final installment.

Payment plan 1:
• 2000 E - deposit payment upon reservation of an apartment
• 40% - first installment – upon signing a preliminary contract
• 40% - second installment upon completition of the shell stage
• 10% - third installment upon issue of Act 15 of the building
• 10% - final installment upon delivery of the keys for the built apartment

Payment plan 2: ( 3% discount from the price)
• 2000 E – deposit payment upon reservation of an apartment
• 80 % - first installment upon signing a preliminary contract
• 20 % - final installment upon delivery of the keys for the built apartment

Payment plan 3: ( 5% discount from the price)
• 2000 E – deposit payment upon reservation of an apartment
• 100 % - one installment upon signing a preliminary contract

PRICES AND AVAILABILITY

Prices are final, inclusive of VAT, with the full value declared in the Title deeds. On top of this price you will also need to pay the Notary fees, stamp duty and local tax (approx. 3- 3.5% of the purchase price).
Every owner of property in Bulgaria pays an annual real estate tax and local communal tax the amount of which depends on the size of the property.
