Paradise Breeze Complex: standard of finish and furnishing
All apartments at Paradise Breeze Residential Complex are offered finished but not furnished. The finishing works are based on using first class building materials and high quality craftsmanship. Upon interest on behalf of the client the developer offers 3 types of furnishing packages at additional cost.

Reservation & Agency Commission
You could reserve an apartment at Paradise Breeze Residential Complex immediately by providing a non-refundable deposit of 1 500 Euro, payable by credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or bank transfer to the bank account of the developer. Upon paying the deposit the apartment will be reserved for the period of 14 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the preliminary contract and to pay the next installment according to the payment plan.
The apartments come with percentage of the land they are built on. Thus the clients will need to set up a Bulgarian Ltd. company. This company will buy the property and will own the land. You will be the owner of the company and, respectively, of the land. Our lawyers will help you set up the company and will do all the necessary procedures to obtain the property on your behalf. Payment plan
The clients could choose between two payment plans which better suit their financial requirements:

Payment terms-option 1

Deposit of 1 500 Euro to confirm reservation (non-refundable)

30% of the price of the apartment upon signing the preliminary contract (the amount of 1 500 Euro deposit will be deducted from this installment)

20% of the price of the apartment 6 months after the last payment

30% of the price of the apartment 6 months after last payment

20% of the price of the apartment upon signing the title deed and handing over the keys of the apartment

If you choose this payment plan there is 6% discount offered.
