Base Camp Holiday Complex is situated at 1 430 m above sea level, in the highest part of the amazing Borovets ski resort. It is situated only 100 m away from the existing ski tracks and the two four-seat lifts,– Yastrebets 1 and Yastrebets 2. In close proximity to the building within one year will be build a cabin lift as part of the major Super Borovets Project. Base Camp Apartments are set at the foot of the highest summit on the Balkan Peninsula called Musala. The design of the complex is typical for that region and will feature an underground and overground parking, plus 71 studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments on five residential floors. The entire built up area of the complex is 4 823 sq.m, while the plot has an area of 1 900 sq.m.
Base Camp Holiday Complex is located 11 km away from the town of Samokov and 70 km away from the capital city, Sofia.

Super Borovets Project
The project consists of the building and development of modern five-star hotels in the Rila Mountain and of the related infrastructure, new ski runs, ski-lifts and maintenance systems, as well as of various sports and amusement facilities. The investment project envisions Borovets to have 19 new ski slopes with a total length of 42 km. Thus with the already existing slopes in the next few years the resort will have 84 km of slopes for the skiers to enjoy. 10 new lifts are also planned to be built two of which will be cabin lifts. The project plans the resort to expand and divide on three levels. 'Lower Borovets' will be on 1100 metres above the sea level. It will host small and cheap family hotels with 5000 beds. The real Borovets will be for more well–to–do tourists. It will be expanded to 10 000 beds, by the construction of new hotels. The third level is 'Super Borovets'. It will be on 1600 – 1800 metres above the sea level, right on the snow line. The idea is to transform it onto a 5 star resort for the rich and prestigious tourists. It will offer 1500 – 2000 beds.Super Borovets is designed in accordance with the trends in the European tourism demand and will be fully conformable to the most recent European ecological requirements. This is why its realization will increase the competitive power of Bulgaria’s supply of winter tourist services and winter holiday properties in the region of Central and Eastern Europe.

General Conditions
• No company is needed to own an apartment in Base Camp.
• It is not necessary for the buyer to come to Bulgarian to reserve and apartment or sign the preliminary contract.
• It is not necessary or the buyer to come to Bulgaria in order to acquire the ownership or receive the title deeds of the apartment.


Reservation & Agency Commission
An apartment can be reserved with a reservation fee of EUR 1000 which is valid for a period of 30 days. On signing the preliminary agreement the reservation fee is deducted from the first installment. The reservation fee is non-refundable in case a preliminary agreement is not signed. Bulgarian Properties charge agency commission of 3% of the asking price of the apartment.

Payment Plan
- 10 % at signing of the preliminary contract
- 40 % within one month after signing the preliminary contract
- 20 % when the complex is at shell-stage
- 30 % when the building is finished and the transfer of the ownership of the property is organized

Note: Title of ownership is issued at the last payment. There is a possibility for individual schedules of payment.
