Ramona Apartments is a prestigious gated development set in the very centre of Nova Zagora, in close proximity to many administrative and commercial zones, as well as many entertainment centers, surrounded by an abundance of green parks. Constructed to the best standards, Ramona Complex shall comprise of 105 apartments distributed among six floors and shall feature a selection of amenities among which a restaurant, café and shops, outdoor swimming-pool, sauna, steam room and fitness centre.
The built-up area of the complex runs up to 1664 sq.m, while its total built area up to 10 119 sq.m, as follows:
Block A-1: built-up area of 359 sq.m and total built area 2454 sq.m.
This is five storey block, reaching 15 m hight, serviced by a panoramic lift. The ground floor is especially designed for stores and shops, the next four flours and the garret floor are provided for apartments - five on each floor (among which four 1-bedroom apartments and one 2- or 3-bedroom apartment depending on the floor).
Block A2: built-up area 245 sq.m and total built area 580 sq.m
This is a two storey block with servicing functions. It is designed for stores, offices and catering establishments.
Block B: built-up area 528 sq.m and total built area 3535 sq.m
This block is similar to block A1 and is built on five floors. Several shops, a beauty center, offices and garages occupy the ground floor; while the next four flours and the garret floor are provided for eight apartments per floor (six 1-bedroom flats and two 2-bedroom flats).
Block V: built-up area 541 sq.m and total built area 3490 sq.m
Again, this is a five-storey, 15 m high block. Two staircases and two lifts are designed to service the block. The ground floor is occupied by catering establishments ad garages, the next four flours and the garret are provided for apartments - each of the staircases attends to a group of four flats - eight on each floor altogether. Five of them are 1-bedroom flats, the other three are 2-bedroom flats.

Ramona Complex shall be supplied with heating on gas and shall have installations for cable TV, Internet, telephone landlines and security system. The building will be serviced by a porter.

The town of Nova Zagora
Nova Zagora is a lovely town situated on a plane surrounded by forests and winding rivers. Here one could find plenty of entertainment and recreation. Zrebchevo dam, the biggest dam on the Balkan peninsula is undoubtedly the best holiday place in the area, offering excellent fishing opportunities with the rich and diverse catch it offers. Carp, shellfish, perch, rudd, crucial carp are just a few examples of the fish available in the dam. Besides fishing, the dam also provides opportunities for water sports. There are sailing boats, water skis, water, windsurfing boats, and boats available for renting by the water sport fans. The dam shores offer various summer holiday opportunities like beaches, green camping lawns, beautiful spots for relaxation with spectacular view of the blue water, green forests and mountains in the background.
Another place to enjoy the beauties of nature is the horse riding center, located in the outskirts of Nova Zagora on the road to Sliven. It is frequently a host of various sport events and tournaments that has become known over the years for the excellent arrangements and good conditions.
