Payment plan:

• Preliminary contract - 30% of the price
• 2nd Payment - 20% of the price - 3 months after the preliminary contract.
• 3rd Payment - 30% of the price - 3 months after the 2nd payment
• 4th Payment - 20% of the price - 3 months after the 3rd payment

Annual maintenance fee: 11.50 euro/sq.m with VAT. / If payment is made by 31,January additional 10% discount of maintenance fee applies/
